b) The results of investigations for any first aid cases, medical treatments, loss time injuries and unusual occurrances were discussed;
c) The results of any plant wide testing, i.e. air quality, noise, were discussed;
d) Total frequency rates were calculated for all incidents.

Management has developed and implemented written site specific safe operating procedures (SOP’s) for jobs associated with the impregnation of fertilizer with pesticides and in particular the following if applicable:
a) connecting the full bulk tote tank to the application system (pump)
b) injection process and blending with the fertilizer
c) heating process for any pesticide
d) pre-blending process of pesticides
e) bagging and sealing
f) palletizing
